The menu
Sea and land, pizza in two doughs, sandwiches and burgers. The menu follows the seasons: what you see here is what you'll find at the table.
The pasta
Only artisan pasta: Carla Latini's spaghettone and fresh pasta from Mani in Pasta, Valentini extra virgin olive oil and San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP tomatoes.
Fried food
We fry only in high-oleic sunflower oil, one hundred per cent Italian, from Oleificio Valentini.
The pizza
Two doughs. The crispy pala, round and highly hydrated, flavoured with corn and cereals. And the classic round, the result of constant research and top-quality flours.
The sandwiches
The bread for our sandwiches is made with a local bakery. Our burgers are made with Italian meat from the area.

When fresh produce is not available, top-quality frozen produce may be served.
